Major Opens Trinity Board Shop

Two time World Champion, Maeghan Major, has added yet another title to her already impressive resume, that of business owner. "The opportunity presented itself, and I thought …why not?" Trinity Board Shop is located in Charlotte, North Carolina where Maeghan has been attending school and training for the upcoming 2002 season. "The local MasterCraft dealer had offered to lease me some space to do my own thing. I talked with my manager and the next thing I knew, I was in business. Kinda scary when I look back at it!"

"I really want to focus on bringing more girls into the sport and promoting new products and ideas. I think things have gotten stale! With even fewer girls events in 2002 on the Pro Tour, I feel like we girls need to show we are a major part of the industry. But, hey, I’ll sell to the guys too!"
