Thank you for your interest in what Shaun Murray and Correct Craft have in store for you. For 2002, Correct Craft went where it counts -- to its customers. In fact, the team at Correct Craft put together a group of some of the world's finest wakeboarders, including Shaun Murray, Scott Byerly, Gregg Necrason, Jamie Necrason, Shawn Watson, Tina Bessinger, Danny Harf and Ryan Wolfe, and asked them how the Super Air could be improved. The consensus: "The performance of the Super Air is the best by far. It can't be improved because it is the ultimate wakeboard boat." Always open to a challenge and willing to raise the bar, Correct Craft has redefined the word "perfection" with the brand-new, totally redesigned 2002 Team Edition Super Air Nautique.
Correct Craft realized that creating the perfect wake is only part of the equation. It is the amenities that go along with that perfect wake that are just as important. Correct Craft listened to its customers and went a long way to create the optimum wakeboarding boat - the new Team Edition Super Air Nautique.
The Team Edition was designed for riders of all abilities so they can have the ultimate wakeboarding experience. Thanks to some of the industry's greatest minds, the new Team Edition incorporates all of the things our customers wanted -- more space, more storage and more ballast.
Brand-new for 2002, the completely loaded Team Edition features more usable interior space, more specifically there is now a whopping 33% more room in the bow and a monstrous 21% in the cockpit. When you do the math this equals more people, more gear, more fun. There also is a significantly larger sun pad with a three-piece hatch for easier access and more room to gear up. One of the most significant improvements is a new and improved, easy-to-use ballast system that features a single control button you just push to fill and push to drain for a quick 2-minute flow rate. The new Team Edition sports loads of ballast, with the addition of an all-new front ski-locker ballast, and an increase of rear ballast to hold up to 520 pounds. In addition, the larger ballast tanks and the plumbing were reconfigured to maximize space.
Other 2002 Team Edition highlights include:
> Flight Clips ™, Correct Craft's own board rack especially designed for the Flight Control Tower that securely hold four wakeboards.
> A custom-molded, non-skid pad designed to protect the gelcoat, and prevent slipping and skidding.
quick out-of-the-hole acceleration.
> A Kicker-equipped premium stereo upgrade for enhanced stereo sound.
> A CNC-machined ACME performance-matched propeller for increased speed and a quieter ride.
